About OneLot
About OneLot.
We were founded in 2024 in Makati to close the data gap between how dealers actually move inventory and how lenders price the credit lines behind it.
Our purpose
Why we built this
Floor-plan financing in Southeast Asia still depends on dealer-submitted stock lists that are updated once a quarter, or less. A dealer can carry the same 40 units for three months and still look creditworthy on paper if nothing has triggered a review. The credit risk inside slow-moving inventory goes unpriced until it becomes a default.
The data to price that risk exists. Auction platforms, vehicle registration records, and lot observation data can all signal how fast a specific dealer moves specific models. The signal just was not being collected and processed in a form lenders could act on.
We built OneLot to give lenders real-time lot intelligence so credit line decisions track the actual value of the collateral. When a lender can see that a dealer's Toyota Vios inventory turns over in 18 days but their Isuzu D-Max sits for 70, they can price those exposures differently. That is the product we are building.
