2. Information We Collect
In connection with operating the OneLot scoring platform and this website, the Company collects the following categories of information:
- Lender account information: identity and contact details of lender representatives who register for access, including name, company name, email address, and role.
- Dealer-linked operational data: dealer stock lists, VIN-level lot activity logs, days-on-lot records, and auction recovery data submitted by lenders or their authorized data providers in connection with dealer assessments. This data relates to vehicle inventory, not to individual consumers.
- Communication content: messages, requests, and inquiry content you send us via email or contact forms.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, and interaction timestamps collected automatically when you use this website.
- Analytics data: aggregated usage signals collected via self-hosted analytics tools, with your implicit consent under the notice-only model described in our Cookie Policy.
The Company does not collect consumer-facing personal information from the end borrowers or individual vehicle buyers in any dealer's customer base. Our scoring outputs pertain to dealer inventory performance, not to individual consumer credit profiles.
3. How We Use Information
The Company uses the information it collects for the following purposes:
- To operate the OneLot inventory risk scoring service and deliver scoring outputs, lot aging reports, and residual value assessments to subscribed lenders.
- To authenticate and administer lender and dealer user accounts on the platform.
- To respond to inquiries and provide client support.
- To maintain, improve, and secure the platform, including monitoring for technical errors and unauthorized access.
- To send service-related communications, including updates to Terms, system maintenance notices, and scoring availability alerts.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use dealer lot data or lender account information to build advertising profiles.
4. Sharing
The Company shares information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: with processors acting on our behalf under written data processing agreements, including cloud infrastructure, security monitoring, and analytics tooling providers. These processors are bound to use data solely to perform services for us.
- Within the platform: lender subscribers receive scoring outputs derived from the dealer data they submit. Dealers with access to the OneLot dealer portal receive their own inventory performance view; lenders cannot see other lenders' data.
- Legal requirements: with government authorities or courts where required by applicable law or valid legal process, and to the extent necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its clients, or others.
The Company does not share dealer-level scoring data across lender accounts.
5. Retention and Security
We retain account and operational data for as long as a lender subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill contractual obligations and meet any applicable record-keeping requirements. Inactive account data is deleted or anonymized within twelve months of subscription termination unless legal retention obligations apply.
The Company applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted data transmission, and periodic security reviews. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to minimize the risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals whose personal information the Company holds may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of that information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any such right, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.
For lender representatives, account data can be reviewed and corrected by logging into your account. For closure or deletion requests, contact us directly.
7. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies and similar technologies used on this website and how to manage them.
