What is included
Every plan is built on the same data engine.
The underlying scoring infrastructure is identical across all tiers. What changes is the number of dealers covered, the update frequency, and the integration options available.
Philippine auction data
Recovery-to-book data drawn from partner auction platforms covering Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao. Updated monthly as new results come in. Model-age combinations with thin data fall back to conservative category-level bands.
Rolling 90-day window
Turnover velocity is computed on a rolling 90-day window from confirmed registration transfer records. Short-term blips and seasonal variation are smoothed. The score reflects the dealer's recent inventory pattern, not a stale historical average.
Lender-grade data governance
All data is handled under strict access controls. Lender portfolio data is isolated from other clients. OneLot does not share, resell, or aggregate your dealer exposure data across accounts.
Questions
Pricing FAQ
The dealer count is based on the number of active dealers in your monitored portfolio at any point during the billing month. A dealer is considered active if they had at least one scored unit during that month. Dealers you add mid-month count toward the cap; dealers with no activity do not count against your limit.
We will contact you before any overage is incurred. Lender Starter clients who consistently exceed 15 dealers will be migrated to a Lender Scale arrangement with pricing agreed in advance. Dealer plan clients who submit more than 80 lots in a month can either defer the excess to the following month or request a one-off top-up at a per-lot rate.
Yes. There is no separate setup or onboarding fee on any plan. The Lender Starter and Scale plans include onboarding support to configure your dealer list, set alert thresholds, and connect your team to the dashboard. Dealer plan setup is handled through a guided CSV template with no technical integration required.
Yes. Lender accounts can request a pilot run where we score a sample of your existing dealer portfolio using historical data. This gives your credit team a concrete view of what OneLot would surface on accounts you already know. Pilots are structured as a fixed scope engagement with a defined deliverable. Contact us to discuss terms.
For lender plans, we need your dealer list (name, location, and any dealer IDs you use internally) and your coverage geography. We do not need your loan book, credit terms, or borrower financial data. For the dealer plan, you submit auction lot lists in a CSV template we provide. No financial data from your end is required to generate scores.
Annual billing is available on all plans at a 10% discount to the monthly rate. Annual contracts are invoiced upfront. For lender Scale plans, multi-year pricing and volume commitments can be discussed as part of the commercial arrangement.
